Boy Volleyball Earn 2nd Seed in Playoffs

Following a successful regular season campaign, the BCCHS Knight Boys Volleyball team has officially concluded their schedule with an impressive 9-4 overall record. Their performance within the North Valley League was equally noteworthy, finishing with a 7-3 record and demonstrating consistent growth throughout the season.

Due to their strong competitive standing, the Knights have been awarded the 2nd seed in the CIF LA Section Boys Volleyball Division 5 Playoffs. This high ranking granted the team a well-deserved first-round bye, allowing the players additional time to prepare for the high-stakes matches ahead.

The Knights are set to begin their playoff journey in the second round against Sotomayor. Sotomayor enters the postseason as the 15th seed, carrying an overall record of 810 and a 4-6 record in Crosstown League play. While the Knights hold the higher seed, the team remains focused on the challenge of knockout competition.

As the higher-seeded team, the Knights have secured home court advantage for this pivotal second-round encounter. The match is scheduled for at 4:00 PM at:

San Fernando Recreation Park
208 Park Ave
San Fernando, CA 91340

Supporters are encouraged to attend and cheer on the team. Go Knights!
