Bert Corona Charter waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Community Charter Titans as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Knights: when they faced off against the Titans on April 6th, they had to take a 3-0 loss.
One reason for the win was Bert Corona Charter's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20, 25-11.
Bert Corona Charter's record now sits at 9-4. As for Community Charter, the defeat snapped their winning streak at eight matches and leaves them with a 8-2 record.
