BCCHS students are provided opportunities to learn inside and outside of the classroom. We celebrate the opportunity to provide low risk simulations for our student to grow their leadership skills.Communication and giving and receiving feedback are considered two of the most important leadership skills. Communication is often cited as the most important skill for leaders. Good leaders know when to speak and listen, and can communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Good leaders can also give feedback to their team members about how they're performing, and they can also ask for feedback from their team about how they're performing.
